Mediation is the voluntary meeting of the parties to a legal dispute with a neutral lawyer who has been trained in the probate mediation process, and who assists the parties in resolving their dispute. Most Orphans’ Court disputes can be mediated. All parties in interest in the matter must be contacted and agree to mediate. Your attorneys are welcome to attend the mediation.
