He previously served as a Deputy District Attorney in the Bucks County District Attorney’s office and is an experienced trial attorney, making him a particularly effective matrimonial law and child custody litigator.

He is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Bucks County American Inn of Court. An Avvo-rated attorney, Salzer has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star and volunteers with the Kiwanis Club of Central Bucks County.

Salzer earned a bachelor’s degree in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh and then went on to earn his law degree from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. Michael T. Pidgeon, Esq. Joins Eastburn and Gray, P.C.

Doylestown, PA – Eastburn and Gray announces the addition of attorney Michael T. Pidgeon, Esq. to the Business and Corporate law; Trusts and Estates law; and Litigation practice groups at Eastburn and Gray.

Mr. Pidgeon has extensive experience representing clients in business litigation at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts. He represents executors and other interested parties in will contests and other estate litigation. Mr. Pidgeon primarily handles cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and also appears in other jurisdictions on a pro hac vice basis. He is also experienced advising clients in connection with their estate planning and in drafting estate planning documents.

Prior to joining Eastburn and Gray, Mr. Pidgeon practiced law in New Jersey for more than a decade. He continues to actively represent clients in that jurisdiction.

Two Eastburn and Gray Attorneys to Speak at PBI Real Estate Institute

Blue Bell, PA – Mark S. Cappuccio, Esq. and Joan Righter Price, Esq. will serve as faculty members of the 20th Annual PBI Real Estate Institute in Philadelphia on December 9, 2016.

The co-panelist’s seminar is entitled, “Tax Assessment Appeals: Procedures and Strategies” will cover tax assessment appeal procedures and strategies from the ground up, including: determining when to take an appeal (methodology); filing appeals; procedure before Board of Assessment; Appeals to Court from the Board of Assessment decision; and trial strategies at court level. The presentation will be geared to real estate professionals and attorneys practicing in the field.

Mr. Cappuccio is an experienced civil trial attorney with an extensive background in tax assessment law, commercial litigation, real estate, zoning, and condemnation. He represents individuals, businesses and municipalities in a variety of real estate matters including land use, zoning and condemnation cases. He serves as the solicitor to Lower Milford and Marlborough Townships.

Mrs. Price represents clients in litigation involving real estate valuation, exemption and constitutional issues as well as issues involving preferential assessments. Her practice emphasizes counseling counties and other taxing districts on compliance with the Consolidated County Assessment Law and other assessment statutes in Pennsylvania, particularly those counties considering or undergoing a countywide revision of assessments. She represents clients in hearings before local boards of assessment as well in the courts of common pleas and the appellate courts of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Eastburn and Gray, Mrs. Price served as Solicitor to the Montgomery County Board of Assessment Appeals for more than 20 years.

Jill M. She assists clients with all aspects of business, corporate and securities transactions, including entity formation and governance, contract preparation and review, stock and asset sales, commercial loan transactions and succession planning.  Ms. Bellak is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Temple University where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Susan Gibson participated in the Learning with Lawyers program

Susan Gibson, an associate with Antheil Maslow & MacMinn’s Family Law and Litigation practice groups, participated in the Learning with Lawyers program last month at the Snyder-Girotti Elementary School in Bristol Borough School District.  The Learning with Lawyers program is offered through the Bucks County Bar Association.  It provides two lawyer teams to teach a classroom of students about the Constitution and how the country makes our laws.
