Attorney Ethan R. O’Shea Elected to Board of Main Line Television 21 (MLTV21)

Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin, PC is pleased to announce that Ethan R. O’Shea, a partner with the firm, has been elected to the Board of Directors of MLTV21. MLTV-Main Line Network is a local, 501(c)(3) non-profit public access station serving Radnor, Narberth, Lower Merion and the surrounding area.

According to the Station, “Programming includes public affairs shows and interviews, classical arts showcases, movies, world news, local sporting events, musical concerts and more. In terms of critical recognition, MLTV’s history includes local Emmy Awards and national Telly awards in recognition for locally produced works. MLTV aims to serve the public interest by providing an accessible communications outlet to inform, educate, entertain and encourage public discourse.”

Ethan serves as Chair of the firm’s Employment Law Practice. He is also the Chair of the Montgomery Bar Association’s Employment Law Committee. On a daily basis, Ethan counsels large and small businesses as to how to stay in compliance with state and federal employment laws. He also litigates discrimination, non-compete and wrongful termination matters. He regularly appears before the PA Human Relations Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and federal and state courts throughout the State. Prior to joining the firm 20 years ago, Ethan was a Senior Deputy District Attorney with the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted a wide variety of criminal cases. Criminal Defense law is still a part of his practice today. In addition to chairing the Montgomery Bar Association’s Employment Law Committee, Ethan is a past president of the Montgomery Bar Association’s Trial Lawyers Section. A graduate of Bucknell University with a degree in International Relations (B.A. 1990), Ethan received his J.D. from The George Washington University National Law Center in 1993. In 2003, he attended the Academy of Advocacy of Temple University.
