Bucks County Bar Association Members “Highly Recommend” Jordan Yeager for Common Pleas Court Judge

Doylestown, PA—February 22, 2019. The Bucks County Bar Association today released ratings of candidates for the three open seats on the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, and Jordan Yeager received the largest number of “Highly Recommended” ratings of all 6 Democratic candidates.

Yeager responded to the news saying, “I am honored to be recognized by my peers in the legal community for having the qualifications, experience, and commitment to fairness that are so important for judges. It is very gratifying to have their trust and confidence.”

Members of the Bar Association recognize that integrity, intellect, work ethic, broad experience, an open mind, and an ability to listen are essential traits for judges. A large majority voted to “Recommend” and “Highly Recommend” Jordan for a seat on the Court.

Yeager, a partner at the Doylestown and Yardley based law firm Curtin & Heefner LLP declared his candidacy in December. Ensuring equal rights and justice for all is a main pillar of his campaign and a hallmark of his 26 years of experience fighting to protect the Constitution’s guaranteed freedoms. Yeager’s 2013 landmark victory in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court was the first case in history declaring a state law unconstitutional because it violated the environmental rights of Pennsylvanians.
