Under Mr. Guarrieri’s twenty five plus years of management, the Firm has a history of leadership within the legal profession, in government and in the region, as it continues to grow with offices in Yardley, Doylestown, New Hope and Berwyn, Pennsylvania and Princeton, New Jersey. The formation of the Management Team has strengthened the administration and operations of Curtin & Heefner LLP, while at the same time maintaining its established foundation of a high quality legal practice.
Frank Guarrieri continues to serve as Co-Chair of the Litigation Section and Chair of the Personal Injury Section. He has consistently been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer.
Ernest Closser continues to serve as Chair of the firm’s Business & Municipal Finance Section. He is qualified bond counsel and a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers. Maureen Carlton serves as Co-Chair of the Real Estate Section. She has over 30 years of experience in real estate law, banking, financing and related transactions. Kyong Ha Growney serves as Chair of the Employment & Labor Law Section. She focuses her practice on employment, employee benefits, labor and school law issues.
