Eric Frost and Marianne McGinty joined Law Offices of Michael Kuldiner, P.C.

We are pleased to announce that attorneys Eric Frost and Marianne McGinty have joined our firm.  Both Attorneys are a great addition to our team and we are excited to have them.

Eric Frost is a seasoned litigation attorney. He focuses his practice family law and real estate matters and has practiced throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.

>Mr. Frost is a Member of the Bar in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and previously worked for the Montgomery County District Attorney. He has spent the last 10 years litigating civil matters throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Eric has attained numerous awards and commendations for his work, including, but not limited to being named as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers in 2015, 2016 and 2017.  He is also a Member of one of the most prestigious groups of trial attorneys in the United States, Million Dollar Advocate Forum which membership is limited to attorneys who have won million dollar verdicts and settlements.

Eric was a student at Germantown Academy before attending Boston University and was awarded a coveted research position with his real property professor from the University of Dayton School of Law.

Marianne was born and raised in Lower Bucks County and is a graduate of Neshaminy High School.  After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rider University, she earned her JD from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, PA.

After law school, Marianne worked at the U.S Attorney’s Office in their Asset Forfeiture Unit, as well as GMAC Mortgage as part of their Litigation Department.   Most recently she spent 6 years working in family law in Bucks County. Marianne resides in Bucks County with her husband and 3 children.
