Kimberly Freimuth and Robert Gundlach, partners in the Bucks County office of Fox Rothschild LLP, are among the faculty for Land Use Institute 2018, a continuing legal education program scheduled for July 18 by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI). The biennial program helps land use practitioners identify and examine significant trends, recent case law, regional development patterns and regulatory changes.
In her practice at Fox, Freimuth handles a broad range of real estate, zoning and land use matters. Gundlach, a recognized authority in real estate and zoning law in the region, is co-chair of the firm’s Zoning and Land Use Practice Group and immediate past chair of the Real Estate Department.
