Included in the discussion were applicable federal and state laws governing sexual harassment in the workplace, recommended employer policies and training, best practices for internal investigations of sexual harassment complaints, claims against high profile/executive level employees, how to address office romances and ethical and public relations implications specific to sexual harassment.
