Grace M. Deon, Esq. to Serve as Panelist at 2019 BCBA Business Law Institute

Doylestown, PA – Grace M. Deon, Esq. will serve as a panelist at the third annual Business Law Institute of the Bucks County Bar Association where she will discuss employment law issues in the #metoo era. The seminar will take place on May 14, 2019 at the Bucks County Bar Association in Doylestown. Included in the discussion will be the applicable federal and state laws governing  sexual harassment in the workplace, recommended employer policies and training, best practices for internal investigations of sexual harassment complaints, claims against high profile/executive level employees, how to address office romances and ethical and public relations implications specific to sexual harassment.

Ms. Deon is a shareholder and member of Eastburn and Gray’s management committee. Her practice focuses on Employment, Commercial and Special Education litigation. She previously served as the President of the Bucks County Bar Association.
