Grim, Biehn & Thatcher Attorneys Present at Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors

(PERKASIE, Pa.) Grim, Biehn & Thatcher of Perkasie, Pa., is pleased announce that Jonathan Reiss and Will Oetinger presented to an audience of township supervisors from across Pennsylvania at the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors (PSATS) on the topic of zoning overlay districts and their importance in protecting historic and environmentally sensitive areas. 

Reiss and Oetinger also presented to the Pennsylvania Zoning Officials Association (PZOA), providing an update on pending legislation and recent appellate court decisions impacting municipalities’ authority to regulate Wawa and similar uses.  Reiss and Oetinger are attorneys in Grim, Biehn, & Thatcher’s municipal law practice, which represents more than fifty townships, boroughs, zoning hearing boards, and municipal authorities throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
