Jeffrey Brahin presented a program last month at the Greater Bucks-Mont Chamber of Commerce on “Does your Corporation Really Protect You? Piercing the Corporate Veil.” The program focused on different ways that a creditor or plaintiff can attempt to obtain a judgment against a shareholder, director or officer of a business, and what a business can do to help to protect itself.
