Kellie McGowan was recently appointed to serve as a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA). This section of the PBA is an association of Real Estate and Estate attorneys, ranging in experience levels from the most experienced and top attorneys in the Commonwealth to the newest members of the Bar, all of whom are interested in sharing and expanding their knowledge about these areas of practice.
Kellie leads the firm’s real estate team in Bucks County. Her practice focuses on real estate transactions, financing, and zoning and land use matters. Kellie represents businesses, financial institutions, and individuals in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in financing transactions, as well as residential, commercial, and industrial real estate matters, including sales, acquisitions, and leasing.
