Michael Mills & Joanne Murray Present at BCBA Business Law

Michael Mills & Joanne Murray, Partners in the Business law Practice Group of Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, LLP in Doylestown, were presenters on March 2, 2017 at the Bucks County Bar Association’s First Annual Business Law Institute.  Their session, entitled “The Perils of Equity-Based Compensation” considered the pros and cons of equity-based compensation schemes for closely-held businesses and alternative structures.

Mr. Mills and Ms. Murray have decades of experience in counseling owners of privately held businesses in areas such as entity formation, developing owner agreements, succession planning, and business and real estate transaction structuring.  Michael Mills has a Master of Laws in Taxation and also holds a Certified Public Accountant license.
