YARDLEY, PA – January 28, 2020 – Curtin & Heefner LLP is pleased to announce that Patrice K. Tisdale has joined the law firm as Associate Attorney. In her role with the firm, Tisdale will focus on labor and employment law, municipal law, and general litigation. She will be based in the firm’s Doylestown offices.
Patrice Tisdale joins Curtin & Heefner from The National Labor Relations Board in Philadelphia, where she held the position of Field Attorney, serving as lead counsel: prosecuting violations of the National Labor Relations Act, negotiating settlement agreements, and investigating unfair labor practice claims in matters involving protected concerted activity, discriminatory/retaliatory termination, and contract bargaining violations. Earlier she’d served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Timothy Black of the Southern District Court of Ohio and a Certified Legal Intern for the Ohio Justice and Policy Center in Cincinnati. Ms. Tisdale earned her JD at the University of Cincinnati College of Law and her BA at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario. Her bar admissions include New Jersey and Ohio. Her bar admission to Pennsylvania is currently pending.
