Proposed Changes to the State Orphans’ Court Rules

Linked below are proposed changes to the State Orphans’ Court Rules, as issued by the Supreme Court Orphans’ Court Procedural Rules Committee. The Committee has invited comments, suggestions or objections to the proposed rules, to be received no later than September 12, 2017.
