Rachuba Law Offices, P.C. opened for business in May of this year with its primary office located in Doylestown (196 W. Ashland Street, Suite 110, Doylestown, PA 18901) and a second office located in Center Valley (Lehigh County – 3477 Corporate Parkway, Center Valley, PA 18034). Shareholder, Anthony S. Rachuba, IV, has been practicing law for over 16 years with a focus on estate/trust planning, estate/trust administration, business formations, business succession planning, special needs trust planning, guardianships and elder law.
Anthony frequently presents and writes on matters concerning estate planning, business succession planning, the use of special needs trusts, and Pennsylvania and New Jersey probate issues. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Bucks County and Lehigh County Bar Associations. Anthony serves as a Board Member for both the Pediatric Cancer Foundation of the Lehigh Valley (“PCFLV”) and the Estate Planning Council of the Lehigh Valley. In addition, Anthony has previously served on the Boards for the Upper Bucks County Chamber of Commerce and the Malvern Retreat House. Anthony was named a “Super Lawyer Rising Star” in Estate Planning and Administration by Philadelphia Magazine in 2010, a Bucks County “40 under 40” award recipient in 2014, and a “Select Lawyer” in the areas of estate planning and estate administration for the past several years by Lehigh Valley Style Magazine.
Anthony graduated with a B.A. from Mount Saint Mary’s University in 1998, a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2001, and an LLM in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law in 2004. Upon graduating from Villanova School of Law in 2001, Anthony served a two year judicial clerkship for the Honorable Calvin S. Drayer, Jr. (one of two Orphans’ Court Division judges in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas).
