Doylestown attorney, Scott L. Feldman, will serve on the distinguished faculty of Sterling Education Services upcoming seminar entitled “Landlord-Tenant Law: Lease Agreements, Defaults and Collections”.
This one day program is scheduled for April 4, 2017 in Allentown, PA. Registration is required.
Mr. Feldman will present the topics: “Landlord-Tenant Evictions and Litigation” and “Collections: Enforcing your Judgment”, and will cover all aspects of District Court and Court of Common Pleas rules and procedures and post-judgment enforcement.
Mr. Feldman devotes much of his practice to commercial and consumer collections and litigation. He has experience managing commercial properties and represents several large residential apartment complexes, advising their rental managers and corporate personnel.
He serves on the Bucks County Bar Association Board of Directors and is Editor of the Writs. Mr. Feldman has previously presented seminars for Lorman Education Services on Collection Law in Pennsylvania and Advanced Judgment Enforcement in Pennsylvania.
