Karen F. Angelucci concentrates her practice in the areas of general estate planning and estate administration. She is experienced in the preparation of estate planning documents including various trust agreements, wills, advanced care directives (known as “living wills”), powers of attorney, as well as prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. 

Karen especially enjoys working with individuals and families, guiding them through the Pennsylvania estate administration process following the loss of a loved one. She provides compassionate advice and counsel to executors, trustees and beneficiaries. She has experience in the probate and estate administration process in the five-county area and she routinely prepares probate documents, PA1500 inheritance tax returns, fiduciary tax returns, fiduciary accountings and family settlement agreements.

Karen graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a B.A. in Philosophy. She continued her education at Hofstra University School of Law, where she earned her J.D. She is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania

Therese B. Allison concentrates her practice in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing transactions. She also provides general counsel services to corporate clients whom she advises on matters relating to their business planning, structure, business transactions and agreements.

Therese is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey, and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.

Therese graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Economics. In 2012, she graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law with honors. She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
