Attorneys from Sweet, Stevens, Katz & Williams LLP were selected to the 2020 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list, a research-driven, peer-influenced rating system that recognizes professional achievement. This year, the list featured Ellis H. Katz, of counsel to the firm, who has been named to Super Lawyers annually since 2009 and partner Thomas C. Warner, selected each year since 2015. Associate Jason D. Fortenberry was named to the Rising Stars list for the third year in a row.
Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The patented selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. The Super Lawyers list recognizes no more than 5 percent of attorneys in each state, while Rising Stars recognizes 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state who are under the age of 40 or in practice for less than 10 years.
