Jill M. Bellak, maintains a diverse corporate and transactional practice, representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity and debt financings, private placements of securities and corporate governance matters. She assists clients with all aspects of business, corporate and securities transactions, including entity formation and governance, contract preparation and review, stock and asset sales, commercial loan transactions and succession planning. Ms. Bellak is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Temple University where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She served as an editor of the Law Review of the University of Miami School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude. Ms. Bellak is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Florida.
John M. Hickey, concentrates his practice in the areas of both transactional corporate law and commercial litigation. On the transactional side, Mr. Hickey has experience with business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate. He counsels clients on a variety of transactions including licensing agreements, leasing agreements, employment agreements, securities matters, and commercial contracts. With regards to commercial litigation, Mr. Hickey deals with a variety of matters, including landlord and tenant disputes as well as issues involving motor vehicle dealerships.
Jocelin A. Price concentrates her practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration and fiduciary litigation issues. Ms. Price also has experience in insurance defense and personal injury litigation; affirmative recovery lawsuits on behalf of insurance carriers, including RICO; auto liability, property and casualty insurance fraud, first and third party benefits, bad faith, uninsured and underinsured motorist benefits, property claims, insurance coverage, subrogation, civil rights, municipal and government law.
