Ankit Aggarwal focuses on developing patent prosecution and portfolio optimization strategies for clients in the software, communications, semiconductor, content conversation and information analysis fields. Before joining Volpe and Koenig, P.C., he was senior IP and corporate counsel at a marketing technology development conglomerate where he oversaw IP product development, monetization and clearance projects. He earned his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland. |

Emily A. Denisco joins as a technical advisor and her practice focuses on providing support in a range of intellectual property matters, including domestic and foreign patent prosecution and trademark and copyright matters. Prior to joining Volpe and Koenig, P.C., she served as a legal intern at Eckert Seamans and as a law clerk at Volpe and Koenig, P.C. She earned her law degree from Drexel University Kline School of Law and her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the Mount Holyoke College. |

Max S. Morgan returns to Volpe and Koenig, P.C., as an associate following a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Mary Little Cooper for the District of New Jersey. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and he began his legal career in 2013 at Volpe and Koenig, P.C. He earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the The Pennsylvania State University. |
